project summary
in this biodesign project, the focus was on developing a solution for pediatric sleep apnea. by collaborating with healthcare professionals, parents, and other stakeholders, and conducting extensive research into current treatments, we aimed to design a device that is both effective and comfortable for children. the process included researching, interviews with experts, ideation, and prototyping to ensure the solution addresses the clinical, emotional, and practical needs of young patients. this user-centered approach prioritizes safety and ease of use, while integrating feedback from all stakeholders involved.
